ECO 217 - Economic History of the 20th Century American FamilyThree Credits Spring Semester
The course traces the socioeconomic progress of a variety of American families over the century. Changes in real income, employment conditions, labor force participation, education, residence, and family life are examined within the context of larger economic, political, and social events such as immigration, war, depression, the labor movement, civil rights, and women’s rights. Prerequisite(s): ECO 176 and ECO 178 .
