ECO 343 - International Finance3 Credits Offered Spring International Finance introduces students to the international financial system and the mechanisms through which exchange rates and government policy influence international investments and risk management, the global flow of financial capital, and domestic national income and employment. Particular emphasis is placed on forecasting exchange rates, hedging exchange-rate risk, and studying the causes and consequences of currency crises using quantitative models.
