BIO 213 - Basic Clinical Laboratory ScienceFour Credits Fall Semester
Introduction to theory and practice of medical laboratory testing, including the diagnosis and treatments for leukemia, anemia, AIDS, etc. including hematology, immunology, urinalysis, clinical chemistry, and blood banking. Recommended for students interested in allied health professions. (FUNCTIONAL ORGANISMIC) Two-and- a-half hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisite(s): BIO 101 -BIO 102 .
