POL 336 - Constitutional Law and PoliticsThree Credits Fall Semester
Constitutional interpretation by the Supreme Court regarding the institutional powers and structural form of American government. Topics include the methodology of judicial decision-making, judicial self-restraint versus judicial activism, the problems of constitutional interpretation, and the development of presidential, congressional, judicial, and state institutional powers. Prerequisite(s): POL 123 .
