Course covers intermediate topics in financial management. Emphasis on the major concepts of business finance, including capital budgeting and investment decisions, capital structure and financing decisions, financial analysis, and value creation. These concepts are explored through lectures, problems, readings, and class discussions. Prerequisite(s): BUS 320.
