Through this program, students will learn to:

  • Think critically and creatively to problem-solve within their professional roles.
  • Apply key cross-functional business concepts to meet organizational goals.
  • Effectively communicate within a team and collaborate across an organization.
  • Analyze business conditions, trends and data.
  • Ethically apply concepts for creating a positive impact in a global society.

The program includes a comprehensive curriculum covering a breadth of business concepts to allow professionals to broaden their knowledge and skills, contribute to their organizations and society, and lead in a rapidly changing business world where all-rounded team members are valued.

The Master of Business Administration requires the completion of 12-14 courses, typically an eight-course core and 5-course specialization of their choosing.

Individually Designed Specialization

Through the individually designed specialization, business professionals design a custom set of electives in a focus area important to their unique growth and goals. Students will choose electives from among all graduate business programs at Stonehill to strengthen their skills.
