A major in Political Science and International Studies requires the completion of 14 courses, which include seven required courses, one upper-level course in each of the four subfields of politics science, plus at least three additional courses offered by the department that total to nine credits.

Complete One of the Following American Government Courses
Complete One of the Following Political Theory Courses
Complete One of the Following Comparative Politics Courses
Complete One of the Following International Relations Courses
Complete Three Additional Political Science Courses
Complete three additional Political Science (POL) courses that total to nine credits. POL 201 - College Mock Trial and POL 203 - Model United Nations must be taken three times to count as a course for the major. A maximum of three credits of each course will count toward the major. |
