MBA 605 - Leadership and Organizational Management3 Credits This course develops skills for current or emerging leaders in any field with an emphasis on leading teams, developing and implementing a strategic vision, and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders. Students will explore the critical role of leadership in shaping organizational success and navigating the complexities of contemporary business environments. Leadership theories, styles, and strategies will be explored, with an emphasis on their practical application in managing teams and organizations. The course combines theoretical frameworks utilizing practical, real-world case studies and experiential learning to develop students’ leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive organizational performance in a dynamic business environment.
Prerequisites/Restrictions: Completion of a bachelor’s degree.
