HSC 407 - Biomechanics3 Credits Offered Fall and Spring The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and applications of biomechanics in the context of human movement. Biomechanics is the study of the mechanics of living organisms, particularly the application of mechanical principles to understand the structure and function of biological systems. This course explores the mechanical aspects of human movement, including the analysis of forces, motion, and the interaction between the body and its environment.
