VPD 120 - Global Dance Traditions3 Credits

This studio dance class will explore various styles of dance from around the world. Examples of potential styles covered are Afro-Carribean, African, and Indian, but the focus will depend on the semester and instructor. Instruction will cover the history and contexts of these styles, but the class activities will largely be engaging with and performing the styles in the dance studio.
