RST 274 - The Religions of Egypt3 Credits Offered alternate years in Fall This course examines the diverse religious traditions of ancient Egypt by exploring how indigenous traditions reacted and adapted when encountering other cultures including Greek, Roman, Jewish, Christian, and Muslim. The course discusses how such mutual influence resulted in unique patterns of ritual and belief found only in Egypt.
