1 Credit OfferedFall and Spring In this ensemble students learn introductory musical skills including basic jazz theory, scales, notation and chord grids, comping and soloing, which are applied to the study of jazz standards or equivalent repertory. This course culminates in a public performance.
Note: Course may be repeated for credit. Course must be taken three times to earn the equivalent of a 3-credit course.
