POL 360 - The United States Congress3 Credits Offered alternate years in Spring This course explores the politics of the U.S. Congress. Emphasis is placed on representation, the legislative process, and policy making. Congressional organization, namely committee systems and party leadership, are also examined to gain a deeper understanding of Congressional decision-making.
