POL 336 - Constitutional Law and Politics3 Credits Offered Fall This course focuses on the structural form and institutional powers of American government. The central purpose of the course is to explore the question of constitutional interpretation. Who are the authoritative interpreters of the Constitution, what is the relationship between them, and what interpretive methodology should they employ?
