CRM 303 - Procedural Criminal Law3 Credits Offered Fall and Spring This course covers how the amendments within the Bill of Rights impact the due process rights of those accused of crimes. These include: arrest; search and seizure; electronic surveillance; entrapment, right to counsel; privilege against self-incrimination; plea bargaining; and double jeopardy.
