GOS 360 - Operations Management3 Credits Offered Fall and Spring Formerly BUS 360. Examines the principles, techniques, and methodologies required to successfully operate an organization in today’s dynamic environment. The course will address both strategic and tactical issues of operations management and evaluate their impact on competitiveness, productivity, flexibility, quality, and cost. The course will draw on case studies and the analysis of real-world situations.
Prerequisite(s)/Restriction(s): Junior standing or higher and one statistics course (STRE attribute). Open B.S.B.A. majors and related minors.
