ITA 231 - Intermediate Italian I

Three Credits
Fall Semester

For students who continue to study Italian after ITA 132 or who are placed at the Intermediate Level. Intermediate Italian I is a continued study of vocabulary, grammar and syntax with emphasis on more advanced structures. It entails a selection of readings on cultural and social topics and relies on class discussions and communicative activities. Students are required use an online lab manual. The class is conducted in Italian. Intermediate Italian I satisfies the language requirement and counts for the Minor in Italian Studies.
