American governance from the 1960s to the present, the interplay of political and cultural forces during critical episodes, the Cold War, the Great Society, the Civil Rights Movements, the Reagan Era, and the War on Terrorism. Political Ideologies, domestic and foreign policy challenges, broad political, cultural and institutional changes are explored.
