CHN 132 - Elementary Chinese IIThree Credits
Spring Semester
This course is a continuation of . Character writing and accuracy in pronunciation are emphasized. Students will learn more about the components and structure of Chinese characters and etymological information. More complex sentence patterns and grammatical structures will be introduced. Students will develop the power of reading comprehension and consecutive speaking and writing. Internet, Chinese-English dictionary, Chinese newspapers and wide variety of resources will be used to enhance classroom learning.
Prerequisite(s): CHN 131 or equivalent.
